Booking direction for version 1

  • Same-day bookings are not allowed.
  • Self-service cancellations inside 48 hours are not allowed.
  • Available slots should reflect genuine PT availability.
  • Personal events and existing bookings should remove slots from availability.

Payment direction for version 1

This platform will support BACS or bank transfer instructions only. It will present the PT’s payment details clearly and professionally, but it will not claim to verify payment automatically unless manual confirmation logic is added later.

Future policy content

Later phases can expand this into a fuller policy page covering session timing, arrival expectations, refunds, rescheduling, readiness to train, and client responsibilities.
