This website is designed to make getting started feel simple, structured and professional. Whether you are brand new or already training, there is a clear route to follow.

Step 1

Start with an enquiry

If you want to ask questions first, check pricing, or understand whether coaching is the right fit, begin with the enquiry form.

Step 2

Complete new client onboarding

When you are ready to move forward, complete your details, emergency contact information, PAR-Q responses, health notes and waiver.

Step 3

Review payment and session preferences

You will receive clear bank transfer / BACS payment instructions and can submit your preferred days, times and session type.

Step 4

Request and confirm future sessions

Once active as a client, you can use the existing client booking page to request available future sessions through a cleaner calendar-based process.

Important points

  • No same-day bookings.
  • Only genuine availability is shown.
  • New clients must complete onboarding before a first session is requested.
  • Payment is currently handled by bank transfer / BACS only.
  • Self-cancellation is restricted within 48 hours.
